It's a Pegasus vehicle. You call Pegasus to spawn it. Once spawned you can fly it into your hangar to make it a personal aircraft while still being able to call Pegasus to spawn another generic one. Once in your hangar the only modification you can make to it is respray. Consensus seems to be a call to Pegasus.
Why does my hydra in GTA V no longer working I can't switch to jet mode my right dpad works other people have started it up in jet mode fine but I personally can't switch to jet mode does anyone have any tricks I had hop in then I tried I had tried blowing it up by someone and crashing it I've had this for a long time and I love this thing any suggestions would be helpful
First of all, it's not the Hydra it's the P-966 Laser (or something like that). And second,you can save the game right from your in-game cell phone any where on the map. It probably disappeared as you were on your way to your trailer. Next time, after you land it and park it in your hanger pull up your cell phone and save your game.

Just whatever PC-2-PS2 backported mod that was. You could spawn the Hydra using it, but because there was no Vertical Bird to teach you how the Hydra worked, they never knew how you pilot that thing. Well I know how. And showed them how it works. Cue all of them becoming obsessed with the plane. Can't blame them lmao.
