On my Realtek audio chip Equalizer APO is still working despite the update. This is a good thing for me but unfortunately this means that I can't debug your issue. Looking at your screenshot of the Configurator capture tab I see that there are 2 microphones.
Here are the steps to reinstall Equalizer APO on your computer: Press the Windows key and click on Settings which is the Cog icon. Select Apps. Search for Equalizer APO in the search box. Click on the app and Uninstall the app. Hit the Windows key again and search for Registry Editor and open it.
There are several other things you can do to get your mic going. The Configurator has some other troubleshooting options. And the mic could be used as "exclusive" by an app bypassing Equalizer APO. This behavour is set on the "Advanced" tab of the audio properties of your mic (see image). Microphone advanced tab.png.
You need to reset the windows audio service and reboot. Its the same with Peace EQ. Tried doing that too and nothing happened still the same. settings debugging and testing then APO's configurator then pick the audio devices you need the EQ to control.
Problem, Equalizer APO will not work with my new pc that is on Windows 10 21H2. My microphone is currently connected VIA XLR to my Scarlett Solo (3rd Gen). Have Reaper plugins and preamp setup for the device. I can confirm that this device is recognized since the device in the APO is not in RED but no matter what I do, it will not change anything.
