Ican't get the game to save and show a "Load Game" button. I just played a 4 hour new game session just now, but I exited to title screen and I didn't see the "Load Game" or "Continue" button. I went into AppData\Roaming\uplay_emu\Player\5059\storage_files and sure enough, there's a save file there, but the game isn't detecting it for some reason.
goto your save game files found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\(your id)\3539 (or \4923 for Steam) and create a backup of them (cut and paste them in another folder). disable your uPlay cloud sync (instructions here) download save game files from here and extract them to your save game directory
